YOU HELPED MAKE IT HAPPEN!
On July 31, 2011 Faith sent missionaries out into Appalachian Ohio for a week of service. Fourteen members of Faith worked with Lutheran Social Services to meet the needs of those less fortunate. They built a wheel new chair ramp, rebuilt a wheelchair ramp, repaired a ceiling, worked at the LSS warehouse and food pantry, did lawn work and all sorts of other projects.
Your donations of $1300 helped to support their effort. THANK YOU for sending these fellow disciples into the mission field with your contribution and prayers. A Thrivent grant of $1400 was secured to help offset the cost of supplies for the wheelchair ramps and other hands-on expenses. What a blessing to be able to serve the least of these in this way!
