Endowment

The Faith Lutheran Church Endowment Fund was created in 1988 with a $3,000 gift from the memorial fund. The fund grew slowly initially with total value reaching $20,000 in 1994. The fund exceeded $200,000 for the first time in 2007. As shown on this chart total value was reduced to $183,205 as of 12/31/09 due to the downturn in the financial markets.

 

Contributions to Faith Lutheran Church Endowment Fund are indeed "Gifts that keep giving" year after year. Contributions can be made in a number of ways including:

  • Securities
  • Wills and Living Trusts
  • Life insurance
  • Charitable Gift Annuities
